The Laborers’ Local 110 is holding its annual St. Cecilia’s Church Community Health Fair on Sunday, October 22, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. at 5418 Louisian Ave., St. Louis, MO 63111.

- Physicians will be on site for free consultations
